Simply4you has recently launched a function allowing customers to book a one-to-one consultation meeting with Bronnie to discuss requirements and queries.
The consultations are designed to reduce the numerous communications during initial enquiries and will give customers the opportunity to meet with Bronnie in a relaxed environment to discuss their requirements, whether it be for a wedding, event or for their business materials.
When booking, customers can see Bronnie's availability for the year ahead giving them time slots of 30 or 60 minutes, or 1 or 2 hour slots for businesses. The calls can be held via telephone or online with Zoom allowing you to log on or chat on the go if required.
These meetings are free of charge and will help identify if Bronnie is the designer for the customer, it will also help those who aren't sure on what they require to explore the options available within their budgets and that fit their vision.
Bronnie said: "I decided to launch consultations to give you assistance with your design journey. There are so many options that sometimes it can be overwhelming, during these meetings I'll be able to narrow those options down, whilst getting to know you and what you require.
"All designers work differently in style so it's important to have confidence in me that I understand you and your vision, these consultations will help all customers, whether individuals, couples or businesses, decide if I'm the designer for them.
"As well as of the above, these consultations will reduce unnecessary communications via messages, emails etc giving you time back and making the whole process much smoother."
