RETURNS
All of the information regarding delivery and returns is below, however if you have a question please get in touch and I'd be happy to help.
DELIVERY
Delivery turnaround for bespoke orders is 10-14 working days (Mon-Fri) from the date your artwork is approved and payment is made. This can be slightly longer if it's a particularly large or complex request, or if it is mid wedding season in a busy period, but you will be made aware of this when you place your order.

Delivery for signature suites is 5-14 working days from the date your proofs are approved (there is an express delivery option available on these items).
Delivery prices vary depending on size and weight of your parcel but start at £4.95. You will receive a tracking number with all orders upon confirmation of your order being dispatched.
Any discounts on will be applied to the order total only, delivery will be charged at full rate unless you have a discount code/offer that applies to delivery.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns on any bespoke or personalised items are not accepted unless the product received is faulty, damaged, or different to the artwork approved by the customer at the time of ordering.
Exchanges are not accepted except in extenuating circumstances, please contact Simply4you to discuss if this is something you require.​
On faulty or damaged goods, customers may either request a replacement free of charge from Simply4you, or a refund will be given (the amount refunded is at the discretion of Simply4you on a case-by-case basis), customers will not be granted both of these options. To receive a full refund all items must be returned to Simply4you in the condition they arrived in before the refund can be processed.
