Delivery

Delivery turnaround is within 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri) of the date the order is placed and payment is made. Delivery prices vary depending on size and weight of the parcel, this amount will be applied to your quote or invoice. Discounts on bulk orders will be applied to the order total only, delivery will be charged at full rate unless you have a discount code/offer that applies to delivery. You will receive a tracking number with all orders upon confirmation of your order being dispatched, orders will arrive between 1-4 working days (Mon-Fri) from being dispatched.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns on any bespoke or personalised items are not accepted unless the product received is faulty, damaged, or different to the artwork approved by the customer at the time of ordering. 

 

Returns on off-the-shelf items are only accepted in the instance that the product received is faulty, damaged, or different to the artwork approved by the customer at the time of ordering

Exchanges are not accepted except in extenuating circumstances, please contact Simply4you to discuss if this is something you require.

On faulty or damaged goods, customers may either request a replacement free of charge from Simply4you, or a refund will be given (amount refunded is at the discretion of Simply4you on a case-by-case basis), customers will not be granted both of these options. 

IMPORTANT UPDATE

If you require your order before Christmas, please ensure your order is submitted before 10th December, after this date I cannot guarantee delivery before the 25th.
