I know you will have so many questions regarding your wedding stationery and you want it to be perfect for your special day. I totally get it! I hope the answers below cover all of these, and help give you peace of mind when considering me for your stationery. If however your question isn't answered, please get in touch and I'll be happy to help.
How much do you charge? Due to the nature of bespoke items, prices vary depending on your choice of cardstock, materials embellishments and finishes. If you'd like a no obligation quote specific to your requirements, please get in touch. Prices for signature suite packages are listed on the website.
How does the bespoke process work? Going for a bespoke design is so much simpler than you think. We'll start off with your consultation, during this time we'll chat about your wedding vision, budget and any requirements you have, we'll talk about colours, florals, themes, styles and all things design. I will then create a brief, quote and design proposal for you. Once this is approved you'll pay your deposit and I will design (usually 3) design concepts for you to consider. All we do then is make changes (redesign if needed), and add your final details. Once the final proof is approved and payment is made, you just leave the making to me and wait for your stationery to arrive.
Are there any deposits or minimum quantities required? For bespoke stationery, you will be charged a £30 non-refundable deposit before any design work is complete. This design fee will then be deducted from your total bill.There is a minimum quantity of 10 units for any new order (this does not apply to signs, repeat orders or additional/spare prints). Where the minimum is not met for a new bespoke order, a £10 minimum order fee will be applied to your quote.
Do you offer samples? I can absolutely provide samples before placing your order. A standard sample costs £3.95 and this will be posted to you, within this sample we can include a variety of options to compare if needed.Sample boxes for signature suites are available at £6.95 and include invitations and on the day stationery (these samples will not be personalised).The only items that are not available as samples are large boards, signs and guestbooks.
Can you help with wording? Yes absolutely! If you're unsure of how to phrase things or what needs to be included I can word this for you. All I need are the basic details and I'll phrase your stationery for you, we can always make amends if need be.
Can you match all of my stationery? Absolutely! Whether it's invitations or table plans, your design will be seamlessly integrated across your entire suite of stationery so it's all matching and complementing to your wedding vision.
Will I see my design before printing? Yes absolutely! Nothing will be printed until I have your approval on your artwork proofs. We can make as many changes as needed before the printing process begins (note that this may extend the turnaround of your order as they can't be scheduled for print until approval has been made).
How long will my order take to arrive? Upon receipt of artwork approval and payment your order will take: 10-14 working days (Mon-Fri) for bespoke orders 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri) for signature suites Some larger or more complex orders may take longer and there may be slightly longer turnaround times during peak wedding season, but you will be informed of this at the time of ordering. If you do need your order quicker than this, please get in touch to see if this will be possible and to find out about any additional postage fees.
Where can you deliver to? I deliver to any address within the UK, the delivery rates and timescales are the same for all locations. Items are shipped from Staffordshire. I can also deliver internationally, please ask if this is something you require and I will send you a quote including any shipping costs.
Will I get updated on my order status? I like to make sure I communicate with you every step of the way, during the design stage I will get back to you as soon as possible with updated artworks and amends. Once your order is confirmed I will let you know an estimated dispatch date, and as soon as they are dispatched you will then receive an email with your tracking number and an estimated delivery date.
