Due to the nature of bespoke items, prices vary depending on materials and finishes. There are starting prices listed on the weddings page, but if you'd like a quote specific to your requirements, please get in touch.

No absolutely not. You can order as many or as few items as you like, whether it be 5 invitations, 500, or more, I can help no problem. There are no deposits of any kind needed but full payment is due once you have signed off your artwork proofs and are ready for items to be made.

Upon receipt of artwork approval and payment your order will take 5-10 working days (Mon-Fri) to be processed and arrive with you. Some larger or more complex orders may take longer and there may be slightly longer turnaround times during peak wedding season, but you will be informed of this at the time of ordering. If you do need your order quicker than this, feel free to get in touch to see if this will be possible and to find out any additional fees.

I deliver to any address within the UK, the delivery rates and timescales are the same for all locations. Items are shipped from the East Midlands. If you are local to Derbyshire you are more than welcome to arrange a collection instead if preferred.

When you go bespoke, you get something designed around your requirements and that is completely unique. In the initial phase I will ask you about your requirements i.e. sizes, styles, budget, colours etc and piece together a brief. I will then go away and design up some options for you to consider (usually 3 different designs), from there these can be tweaked or if they're not quite what you're looking for I can take your comments and design some alternative options. The designs can be amended until they're perfected, I want you to have the design of your dreams. PLEASE NOTE: due to copyright I cannot copy a design you have seen elsewhere nor can I use branded content i.e. copyrighted characters, brand names (unless you have licence to do so).

Absolutely! Whether it's invitations or table plans, I can take the design and match it across any item to make a whole suite that feel and look part of the same set.

Yes! I know it's really important you know what to expect when that box arrives. So to give you peace of mind I won't process anything until you have signed off in writing the final artwork proofs. This way you can make sure everything is just as you'd like it without errors. Samples are also available upon request if you'd like to see and feel the quality before ordering, alternatively come and see me at upcoming events to sample a range of various textures, cardstocks and styles.

I like to make sure I communicate with you every step of the way, during the design stage I will get back to you asap with updated artworks and amends. As soon as your order is placed I will let you know an estimated dispatch date, as soon as they are dispatched you will then receive an email with any tracking numbers and an estimated delivery date.

I work with a wide range of budgets and will always endeavour to create something comfortably below where possible. I try to offer a range of options to cater for most budgets, but I will discuss your budget with you before anything is designed to make sure you're happy with pricing before we proceed.
